Crow scouts

Four Native Americans (Crow) who served as scouts for George Custer stand around grave markers that memorialize the battle of Little Bighorn.  One of the markers is a wooden cross, the others are stone arches.  Two of the scouts hold rifles.  Photo courtesy of the Denver Public Library, Western History/Genealogy Department.
